About the band

Cristi Dee's musical career started at the tender age of 4 in Pensacola, Fl. where she began singing gospel songs in her small hometown church. Cristi has over 14 years of experience performing at venues throughout the Florida Panhandle, Alabama, and recently performed on stage in Nashville, TN. She is known for her strong powerful vocals, showmanship, and her ability to sing a wide variety of songs from different genres and sing all of them well. She has been told by her many fans that her voice resonates through the air and brings happiness to those who hear it. Bottom line, she feels what she sings and it shows. Music has, and always will be a big part of her life. Cristi became an integral part of Cristi Dee & BADJUJU in 2016.

Don's musical career started in San Antonio ,Tx. where he was a part of  local Rock groups during the early 1970's. 

He moved to Pensacola,Fl. in 1979, where he founded the local groups Out of Control, and Simon Sezz. Don also was showcased  in the 1st SpringFest in downtown Pensacola. He evolved to country music in the early 90's, performed, and was a founding member of a local band favorite, RazorHawk. Razorhawk participated in the 1991 and 1992 SpringFest Concerts in downtown Pensacola, and was the house band at many of the top local country spots. Late 90's through early 2000, Don became a founding member and the bassist/vocalist for Catdaddy and Retroactive, two local bands who specialized in variety rock and blues. Don is a founding member and currently provides bass and vocals for, Cristi Dee & BAD JUJU, a local staple in the evolving music scene in Pensacola,Florida.
